With over 40 years of experience, the Titan Machinery Inc. group. of the United States of America owns and manages a distribution network of equipment and services in the agricultural and construction industries on an international scale. Titan Machinery is the largest distributor of agricultural and construction equipment in the U.S. and one of the largest importers and distributors of such equipment worldwide.
Responsabilități
  • Takes over the spare parts requests from internal (other departments) & external customers, makes sure that the spare parts that are the object of the order have been correctly identified.
  • Offers technical support in identifying the right solutions and /or variants suitable for the customer needs. 
  • Takes over the orders, he/she allocates the spare parts from the existing stocks or places the order to suppliers, according to internal procedure.
  • Arranges the delivery of orders from the supplier pursuing an optimal ratio between the quality, cost and efficiency of moving parts; maintains working relationship with representatives of transport companies and spare parts suppliers to ensure that all parts are available in a timely manner.
  • Updates in the ERP the price lists for sale according to the commercial policies and with the approval of the parts manager.
  • Anticipates the need for spare parts (according to the trends registered by the business needs, e.g. seasonal trends) and signals the need for stock to the parts manager.


Ideal candidate
  • Previous work experience in spare parts field is mandatory.
  • Technical background regarding agricultural and construction machines and equipment 
  • Very well-organized person, pro-active and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of English language is mandatory- verbal and written.
  • Advanced computer skills (Parts Identification Programs, ERP systems, MS Office, Microsoft Outlook).
