HARVEST COMBINES™

AVR combines for harvesting potatoes
Titan Machinery Romania offers you a wide range of high-tech potato harvester models from the Belgian manufacturer AVR. AVR combines are 2-row and 4-row, in various sizes and specifications, trailed or self-propelled, and require power outputs ranging from 90hp to 470hp.
AVR Spirit 6200
AVR Spirit 6200
The AVR Spirit 6200 2-row offset bunker harvester offers potato farmers exactly what they need: a compact machine that demands little power, is extremely potatofriendly and has a high harvesting capacity.

This compact 2-row Spirit 6200 offset bunker harvester is highly reliable because of its simple design, and performs spectacularly at the same time. The sophisticated soil separation immediately commences on the digging and sieving web. Subsequently, the efficient haulm web separates the haulm from the tubers, and an in-line pintle belt removes any remaining loose soil and haulm from the product flow.

A 3-row rotary comb removes stones and clumps from the flow. The flat picking-off table serves as an ergonomic work surface for conducting a final visual inspection. The product flow is then led to the spacious bunker. Once the bunker is full, it can be emptied in mere minutes using the quick unloading floor. It is precisely this performance AVR is well known for!
AVR Spirit 9200
AVR Spirit 9200
AVR has applied its patented Varioweb cleaning module to the newest member of the successful Spirit family, the Spirit 9200 Varioweb, a first for a pulled 2-row machine.

This allows for flexible cleaning! A long transversal pintle belt transports the product flow to the picking-off table, where two persons can be positioned to execute a final inspection.

Varioweb cleaning module, ready for all harvesting conditions

The Varioweb consists of a pintle belt and axial roller combination. A unique feature is the ability to continuously set the product flow volume that travels across the axial rollers from the cabin: from 100% when intensive cleaning is required to fully removing
the axial rollers from the product flow when hardly any cleaning is required. This is achieved by moving the pintlebelt forward or backward.
AVR Spirit 5200

The 5200 is AVR’s newest two-row harvester. This is an ideal machine for the easy yet efficient harvesting of potatoes. The power train has consciously been kept as easy as possible. The sieving webs and pintle belts are operated by a mechanical drive system.

Clear view on harvesting proces
Our offset harvesters harvest to the right of the tractor. This is the side where the control box and joystick are mounted in the tractor cab. This ensures the driver can clearly see the harvesting process from the cab. The open construction of the digging unit guarantees an unobstructed view of the digging web, where obstructions hardly ever happen.

Accurate control
Most of the functions are operated using the new joystick in the cab. The general settings, however, must be configured by means of the control box. The clear display shows the progress of the harvesting process and reports any failures. The machine at the picking-off table is equipped with a solid control box which can be used to set the picking off table speed and inclination of the pintlebelts. The large buttons can easily be operated while wearing gloves.

Potato friendly harvesting
Its long digging web with twin star vibrators ensures an initial sieving operation, while the machine’s haulm web makes sure that haulm and weeds are separated in such a way to prevent damage from the potatoes. There is no need to top the haulm. The vertical pintle belt with extra haulm fingers ensures that every last bit of haulm, as well as loose soil and clods, are removed from the product flow. The product flow is guided to the picking-off table via a transversal pintle belt with retaining rollers. Here, you can conduct your last inspection round.
AVR Puma 4.0
AVR Puma 4.0
You can confidently rely on AVR's latest self-propelled harvester to help meet your current farming challenges. This heavy-duty, reliable and user-friendly machine will process up to 100 tonnes of potatoes per hour with all the correct settings. Even in wet weather conditions, this gentle giant will soldier on. Your Puma can now also be connected to the web. This will enable you to capture your machine data on the new AVR Connect platform to work even more efficiently after an initial assessment.

The Most Powerful in its Class The Puma 4.0 is fitted with a Stage V Volvo engine. The machine therefore meets the most stringent standards without in any way affecting what it is designed to do, i.e. harvesting.

The heavy-duty 12.8 litre Stage V Volvo engine achieves 469 HP, or 1 HP per 50 kg, which makes the Puma 4.0 the most powerful in its class. That is certainly noticeable in the field.

Easy operation
The Puma 4.0 is the ultimate in user-friendliness as it is operated with the aid of a well-designed touch screen, the AVR joystick and a speed dial button.

The new AVR operating panel is ultra-bright and therefore easily legible. It is capacitive and tactile, just like a smartphone. The fast processor ensures rapid response, which promises further opportunities for future automation/IOT applications. the screen has retained its well-known AVR intuitive look and feel. The myriad of automatic functions, an optimal view of the digging unit and a large number of cameras mean that you can keep your full attention with the harvesting process.
